- Hats must be returned in the original Rand hat box in the same condition you received it in.
- Hats must be returned within two weeks from the date you received the hat.
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Upon inspection of the hat, a refund will be issued within a week of Rand’s receiving it.
- If you love the hat but it doesn’t fit you properly, call us at 800-346-9815 to discuss possible resizing options. Not all of the hats can be resized.
